Q: I didn't receive confirmation of my order?
A: Please check your junk folder and select "not junk" / "move to inbox" option to enable you to easily find our updates on your order in your inbox.
Q: Why are the shipping times different for different items?
A: We source a large part of our range Direct from Manufacturer meaning they may be sent in individual packages from separate locations. Because of this items may not all arrive on the same day.
Q: Where is my order?
A: If you received order confirmation email and haven't received it after 7 days please email us at support@cherishedinfant.com. We will investigate where the order is and update you.
